Alexandra Sinclair

Dr Alexandra Sinclair is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Sydney Law School and a Research Fellow at the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society. She has a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science where her doctorate examined the application of English judicial review doctrines to automated decision-making in the British State. Dr Sinclair's research focuses on public law accountability mechanisms for uses of AI and automation by the State. Her work has been published in the Modern Law Review and Public Law, and she has published on the Horizon Post Office scandal.
