Hariharan Ganesan

Hariharan Ganesan is a senior product and S&OP leader who helps global companies turn AI and analytics into better supply chain decisions. Over more than fifteen years in automotive, consumer hardware, retail and manufacturing, he has led large-scale planning transformations at organizations such as o9 Solutions, Google, Wayfair, Cognizant and TVS Group, delivering double-digit service improvements and multi-million-dollar savings. 

His work focuses on AI-enabled S&OP, inventory and capacity optimization, and designing explainable planning systems that executives can trust. Hariharan regularly writes for the Journal of Business Forecasting and speaks on explainable AI at industry forums, including the AI Engineering Conference and AI Engineer World’s Fair. He holds a specialized master’s degree in supply chain management from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
