Bradley Hastings

Dr Bradley (Brad) Hastings is the Director of Executive Education at the John Gril Institute for Project 
Leadership. He has a wealth of experience in developing and leading education programs that equip 
leaders with the skills to thrive in an ever-changing and more complex world. As a Partner at Stroud 
International consulting, Brad worked with the executives of blue-chip organisations to positively 
transform and secure brighter futures. He also served as the Business Development Director for 
Capita Plc, where he led in the reshaping of public services to improve social and economic 
outcomes. 

Brad is also an experienced lecturer and researcher who is passionate in decoding leadership, having 
completed a PhD in transformational leadership at the University of New South Wales. His research 
focuses on the mindsets and processes that underpin successful transformations. With this professional 
and academic experience, Brad designs and delivers leadership and executive education programs by 
blending evidence-based leadership insights, pedagogical design that works, user-centred learning 
outcomes, and real-world practical experience to create transformative learning environments
