Executive Leadership in Major Projects (ELMP) program has transformed complex projects and launched careers. Designed in collaboration with industry leaders and academic experts, it is a ‘one of a kind’ learning experience tailored for the unique challenges that the C+ suite face in leading complex projects and project portfolios.
Leadership in Major Projects: Catalyst Program 2027/28
Developed and created to build project leadership capacity, the Catalyst program is underpinned and supported by evidence-based measures of project success.
Grounded in the same methodology as the John Grill Institute for Project Leadership’s flagship Executive Leadership in Major Projects program, it helps leaders move beyond traditional project management skills to develop the leadership mindset necessary to navigate complex projects
Major Projects Leadership Forum
We champion industry transformation through our annual forum, which brings together senior government and industry leaders to develop solutions to challenges faced in delivering complex projects.
This work has been focused on the infrastructure and construction sector, is now feeding into policy and industry debates including the Building and Construction Industry Blueprint, Construction industry strategy and work on productivity.
