Tailored to your goals, this one-day course gives your team access to priceless museum objects to foster creative problem-solving, enhance communication and explore multiple perspectives, diversity and inclusivity. Best of all, it's lots of fun and a meaningful and memorable experience for your team.

The Chau Chak Wing Museum
Content
Your team will learn transferable skills to increase their capacity to approach problems beyond their lens of experience. This program will encourage communication and collaboration between colleagues as well as developing inclusive thinking and practice. Participants will be guided by expert instructors with over 30 years combined experience in museum-based learning.
Program example:
Module 1: Observational thinking and developing inclusive communication.
Module 2: Creativity, problem-solving and leveraging diverse approaches within your team.
Module 3: Team bonding challenge and practical application in the workplace. Option to include drinks and canapes on Sounds Terrace.
This program is designed for team building across any industry, sector and organisational structure. There is no requirement for prior knowledge of the museum or historical antiquities.
The Art of Teamwork course takes place over 5.5 hours at The Chau Chak Wing Museum, The University of Sydney. Please contact us to discuss flexible duration and scheduling.
